![]() ![]() Beginning Thursday, October 29, voters picking up ballots at the Portland location will find a large “Will Call” tent located at the northwest corner of SE 11th Avenue and SE Morrison Street. Voters can pick up a replacement ballot at either the Voting Center Express inside the Multnomah County East Building at 600 NE 8th Street, Gresham 97030 or at Multnomah County Duniway-Lovejoy Elections Building at 1040 SE Morrison Street, Portland 97214. Voters can request that their replacement ballot be mailed to them or that the ballot is ready for pick up at “Will Call” at one of our two voter service locations. Multnomah County Elections offers an Order Ahead Replacement Ballot Service that allows voters to go online to /orderahead before visiting a voter service location to request a replacement ballot. Your voted ballot must be delivered to an Official Ballot Drop Site or received by the elections office before 8:00 PM on Election Night, Novemin order to be counted. All Official Ballot Drop Sites are listed below and at /dropsites. All 30 of Multnomah County Official Ballot Drop Sites, including library locations, are safe and secure. Ballots are picked up from library locations and Official Ballot Drop Boxes by teams of sworn election officials on a daily schedule.
